Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel or edit the order details, including address, email and contact number. Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly and accurately before submitting the order. Vipul Chudasama Salon & Academy cannot be held responsible for any incorrect or mistyped addresses entered by the customer. We will do our best to dispatch the package to you at the earliest, but we cannot guarantee delivery in such cases.

All deliveries are dispatched from our warehouse located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We strive to process most orders within two working days of receiving them. The estimated delivery time for each order may vary between one to ten business days, depending on the location of the delivery address. However, please note that there might be additional delays caused by the carrier services once the package is shipped.

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 2000. For orders at Rs 2000 & below, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 75 will be charged. Cash on delivery is not available.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. If they cannot reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages for all shipments. We take no responsibility for deliveries that are signed by an alternate person. We will not be liable for any damage after delivery.
