We understand that there may be instances where you need to make changes to your order. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, we are here to help. Kindly refer to our policy below for guidance:

Cancellation Policy:

Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel the order before shipment, the shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from your refund value.

Return Policy:

The delivered item can be exchanged or returned only within 2-5 days if the product has been physically damaged in transit or when an incorrect product has been shipped. In this case, the customer should have retained the original packaging and sent pictures to info@vipulchudasama.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. Refund Policy:

Please note that in case of a refund (if and where applicable), the shipping fees and other non-refundable charges will be deducted from your refund value.
