As a valued client of Vipul Chudasama Salon & Academy, I want you to be one of the first to know that we will finally be reopening with “Naye Rang Roop Ke Saath” and we will be ready to serve you, whenever you are ready.

We take your safety and the safety of our team as the number one priority so we will be following the government guidance and implementing the following procedures until further notice.

Our Team

All our team members will have their temperature taken on arrival, and during the day at 2 hourly intervals. Anyone with a temperature above 38C will be sent home.
All our team will be wearing face masks and gloves.
Due to social distancing measures and increased length of appointment times all our team are now working alternate days but with additional working hours.
All our team have been trained in how to properly sanitize all their tools as well as the chair and work station between clients.
Not having any staff in the salon that have come into contact with anyone who has been ill.

Our Client

Social distancing and the spacing of chairs.
Not shaking hands or hugging.
Hand sanitisers at multiple locations in the salon.
Not using magazines.
All team washing hands before and after every client.
Constant disinfecting of all salon surfaces.
Staggered appointment times.
Not handling cash. Only card or online payment methods.
Asking clients not to come in if there is any chance that they may be ill or have come into contact with anyone who has been ill.
We ensure that all clients upon entering the salon are immediately offered hand sanitiser.
The salon door will be locked and we are unable to take 'walk-ins' until further notice. Clients are asked to call/text the salon on arrival and remain in their car until we text you to say we are ready for you.
You will be greeted at the door with a smile and hand sanitiser and have your temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer. Anyone with a temperature above 38C will be asked to reschedule to a later date.
Clients will be offered gloves for the duration of their time in the premises.
Clients will not be offered face masks for the duration of their time in the premises.
Social distancing of 1.5 metres means that we are only using half of our usual styling positions and hair stations.
We have staggered appointment times to avoid congestion points.
We are not allowing anyone with clients in the salon, until further notice we are unable to accommodate children, family members or friends waiting for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to serve refreshments until further notice but we are more than happy to refill any water bottle that you bring with you.
Appointment times have been increased to allow for constant sanitising of all our salon tools, chairs, workstations and surfaces etc between each client.
Some of our normal salon services are temporarily unavailable due to time constraints.
We ask you to please pay by credit/debit card to avoid the need to handle cash. The credit card terminal will be disinfected between every transaction.
We request you to carry only a small purse for cards and mobile, not to carry any shopping bags, hand bags or any other belongings during this time for your safety and others.

We will request you to fill up Health & Safety consent form for your and our safety.

Hopefully, these safety measures are a short term measure and can be phased out as per government’s time to time instructions, so that we can offer you a more comfortable experience.

Look After Yourself!!

Exercise. Remember to exercise, you don’t need a lot of space.
Eat well. Keeping your immune system healthy is more important than ever.
Talk to others and build relationships. Whether it’s family, friends or your life partner. This gives us a time to reconnect to those that are most precious to us.
Quiet time. Take the time to reflect, to pray or meditate. Or whatever you do to connect with your higher power.
Mental health. Look out for those that are struggling. We are in the early days of this and there will be lasting effects on our mental health so take the time to talk and reassure friends and family and help them deal with the tough times both physically and emotionally.
Be resilient! This is not going to be over in a week or two. All the indications are that it could be considerably longer.
Remember that in your ‘down moments’ that you have the resources to be strong. You have done it before in your life, and you will do it again.
Find some joy! Look for and create the moments of joy that exist in life. This is a difficult time but there are moments of beauty and kindness and laughter that we have to experience to keep our sanity.
You will grow! As unlikely as it might sound at the moment you will be stronger for this!
Keep informed. Keep it factual and don’t buy into the hysteria.
Be fastidious about hygiene. You know the drill by now…
And remember that – this too shall pass!
